An investigation is under way after the body of a woman was found in a flat fire in Newport.
Firefighters using breathing apparatus and thermal imaging cameras discovered the woman's body in the premises at Broadmead Park in Liswerry.
South Wales Fire Service said crews were alerted just before 0800 GMT Saturday.
The cause is being investigated by the fire service and South Wales Police.
